Global Net Lease Completes $569 Million of Dispositions in Q3

07:26 AM EDT, 10/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Global Net Lease ( GNL ) said Wednesday that it closed almost $569 million of dispositions through Q3.

The dispositions include about $111 million of vacant assets, the company said, adding it plans to use the net proceeds to reduce outstanding debt.
