Global Net Lease Q4 AFFO Rises, Revenue Falls

03:33 AM EST, 02/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Global Net Lease ( GNL ) reported Q4 adjusted funds from operations late Thursday of $0.34 per diluted share, up from $0.31 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.31.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $199.1 million, compared with $206.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $194.3 million.

The company said it expects 2025 adjusted funds from operations of $0.90 to $0.96 per share. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.21.
