05:13 PM EDT, 07/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Global Partner Acquisition Corp II ( GPAC ) , a blank-check company, has closed its business combination with Stardust Power in a deal that will take the battery-grade lithium product maker public in the US, Stardust said late Monday.

Stardust's class A common shares and public warrants will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbols SDST and SDSTW, respectively, effective Tuesday, the company said.
