02:26 PM EDT, 11/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Global Partners ( GLP ) said Friday it finalized the acquisition of a liquid energy terminal in East Providence, Rhode Island from ExxonMobil ( XOM ) .

The terminal consists of 10 product tanks with 959,730-barrel shell capacity and a six-bay truck rack servicing the Rhode Island, Northern Connecticut, and Southern Massachusetts markets, the company said.
