04:35 PM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Global Partners ( GLP ) said Monday it priced a cash tender offer to purchase any and all of its outstanding 7.00% senior notes due 2027.

The purchase price was set at $1,002.94 per $1,000 principal amount.

The offer is scheduled to expire at 5 p.m. ET on June 16, with settlement expected by June 23.
