09:12 AM EDT, 03/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Global Partners ( GLP ) said Friday it plans to redeem all $69 million worth of its 2.76 million outstanding series A preferred units.

The units will be redeemed at $25 per share, plus unpaid and accrued distributions, the company said.

The redemption date will be April 15.

The company's shares were rising 2.6% in recent Friday premarket activity.
