10:49 AM EST, 12/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Global Star Acquisition ( GLST ) and K Enter Holdings said Tuesday that the US Securities and Exchange Commission approved the registration statement for their proposed business combination.

The parent of the combined companies will be called K Wave Media and intends to list on Nasdaq under the ticker KWM for shares and KWMW for warrants.

The merger is subject to approval by stockholders from both companies.
