10:58 AM EST, 02/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Global Water Resources ( GWRS ) said Tuesday it has reached a "unanimous" settlement agreement over the general rate case application of its Global Water - Farmers Water Company unit.

The company said the settlement agreement was filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission last month, with a hearing on the agreement scheduled to begin on Feb. 10.

The agreement, if approved, will provide $1.1 million in additional revenue to support infrastructure investment, the firm said.
