09:23 AM EDT, 03/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Global Water Resources ( GWRS ) said Wednesday it has priced an underwritten public offering of 2.8 million of its common shares at $10 apiece for gross proceeds of roughly $28 million.

The company intends to close the offering around Thursday, it said, adding that it has provided the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to a total of 420,000 additional common shares.

Global Water Resources ( GWRS ) said it plans to use the net proceeds from the offering to support acquisitions, working capital, and other general corporate needs.

Shares of the company were down 3.8% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
