11:15 AM EDT, 04/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GlobalData has received preliminary, conditional takeover offers from KKR (KKR) and ICG Europe Fund IX, the UK-based data analytics and consulting firm said in a statement to the London Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

Without disclosing the terms of the offers, the company said it was in preliminary talks with both potential acquirers and cautioned that there is no certainty any deal will occur.

Under the UK Takeover Panel code, KKR and ICG have until May 28 to either make formal offers for the company or withdraw.
