Global-e Online Reports Q2 Earnings, Higher Revenue; 2025 Sales Outlook Raised -- Shares up Pre-Bell

06:30 AM EDT, 08/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Global-e Online ( GLBE ) reported Wednesday Q2 earnings of $0.06 per diluted share, compared with a loss of $0.13 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected EPS of $0.03.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $214.9 million, up from $168 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $208 million.

For Q3, the company expects revenue of $214 million to $221 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $217.4 million.

For 2025, Global-e Online ( GLBE ) said it now expects revenue of $921.5 million to $971.5 million, up from a previous outlook range of $917 million to $967 million.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $935.8 million.

The company's shares were up 13% in recent premarket activity.
