Global-e Online Reports Q3 Earnings, Higher Revenue; Annual Sales Outlook Updated -- Shares Up Pre-Bell

06:32 AM EST, 11/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Global-e Online ( GLBE ) reported Q3 earnings Wednesday of $0.07 per diluted share, swinging from a loss of $0.13 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected EPS of $0.07.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $220.8 million, compared with $176 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $218 million.

The company expects Q4 revenue of $318.5 million to $334.5 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $322.1 million.

For 2025, Global-e Online ( GLBE ) said it now expects revenue of $944.1 million to $960.1 million, compared with its prior outlook range of $921.5 million to $971.5 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $946 million.

The company's shares were up 2.7% in recent premarket activity.
