07:45 AM EDT, 05/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Global-e Online ( GLBE ) said Wednesday it has entered into a three-year agreement with Shopify ( SHOP ) to renew their strategic partnership.

The partnership covers first-party and third-party services, namely the Shopify Managed Markets and Merchant of Record services, Global-e said.

Under the agreement, Global-e said it will remain the exclusive provider of merchant-of-record services for Shopify Managed Markets.

The new agreement will allow for additional merchant-of-record providers to work with Shopify ( SHOP ) merchants, although Global-e will remain the "preferred partner" and enjoy exclusive access to key features and enhanced commercial terms, the company said.
