09:56 AM EDT, 07/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Globalstar ( GSAT ) said Thursday it signed agreements with Telecom Castilla-La Mancha to expand its Alcazar Teleport in Spain and provide upgraded mobile satellite services for its customers in Europe.

As part of the deal, Globalstar ( GSAT ) will add three tracking antennas and related infrastructure to the Alcazar Teleport, the company said.

The infrastructure expansion will strengthen the company's low earth orbit constellation, Globalstar ( GSAT ) said.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Shares of Globalstar ( GSAT ) were down more than 1.6% in recent trading Thursday.
