09:58 AM EDT, 07/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Globalstar ( GSAT ) said Tuesday that it has entered a cooperative research and development agreement with the US Army to evaluate the performance of advanced satellite data solutions for covert sensing and mission-aligned use cases.

The agreement focuses on evaluating Globalstar's ( GSAT ) ultra low size, weight, power, and cost devices for Department of Defense use cases such as low probability intercept and detection communications, unmanned systems, logistics tracking, and tagging and locating missions, the company said.

Financial details of the collaboration were not disclosed.
