Globant Chosen by FIFA to Build AI-Powered Fan Engagement System

08:01 AM EDT, 08/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Globant ( GLOB ) said Wednesday it was selected by FIFA to overhaul its digital fan engagement platforms using artificial intelligence technology.

The technology company will use AI models to customize user content across FIFA platforms and streamline digital touchpoints for sports followers, the company said.

Initial pilot testing of the system demonstrated a 20% gain in operational efficiency, Globant ( GLOB ) said.
