11:36 AM EDT, 07/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Globant ( GLOB ) said in a Tuesday regulatory filing that Patricia Pomies will step down as chief operating officer, effective July 31.

The company did not appoint a new COO but will redistribute Pomies' responsibilities across the organization for uninterrupted continuation of operations, according to the filing.

Shares were down 3.3% in recent trading.
