Globe Life Cleared in Federal Sales Practices Investigation

05:34 AM EDT, 07/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Globe Life ( GL ) said late Monday that the US Attorney's Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania has closed its investigation into sales practices pursued by certain independent agents selling policies from the company and its American Income Life unit.

The US Department of Justice will not pursue any enforcement action against Globe Life ( GL ) or its subsidiary, the company said.

Globe Life ( GL ) shares were up 2% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
