09:20 AM EDT, 04/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Globe Life ( GL ) shares were down more than 8% premarket Thursday after short-seller Fuzzy Panda alleged the company's executives disregarded insurance fraud.

The report accuses executives of disregarding fraudulent activities while receiving millions in undisclosed kickbacks.

The company did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
