11:46 AM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Globex Mining Enterprises ( GLBXF ) on Tuesday said it purchased a 50% interest in the Blackcliff Gold Mine Property from Altai Resources ( ARSEF ) , for $142,000 cash.

The company now owns 100% interest in the property which consists of six claims totaling 127.6 hectares located in Malartic Township, Quebec.

Globex shares were last seen up up $0.03 to $1.41 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
