Globex Mining Says Received Cash Payments From Agnico, Renforth and Manganese

10:25 AM EDT, 06/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Globex Mining Enterprises ( GLBXF ) on Tuesday said it has received the final $3 million payment from Agnico Eagle Mines ( AEM ) for the purchase of the Francoeur/Arntfield/Lac Fortune Gold Mines Property in Quebec. Globex retains a 2% Gross Metal Royalty (GMR) on all production from the property.

The company also received a $50,000 annual advance royalty payment from Renforth Resources ( RFHRF ) for the Parbec Gold Property, for which Globex retains a 3% GMR.

Manganese X Energy ( MNXXF ) delivered an annual $20,000 advance royalty payment to Globex for the Battery Hill Manganese deposit in New Brunswick. Globex retains a 1% GMR and a large stake in Electric Royalties (ELEC.V), which retains a 2% GMR on the property.

Globex was last seen up $0.01, to $1.39, on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
