05:46 PM EDT, 03/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Globus Medical ( GMED ) said late Monday that John DeFord has resigned from its board, starting immediately.

DeFord's decision was not due to any disagreement with the company, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

DeFord will not seek re-election at the annual meeting of stockholders on June 3, the company said.
