09:34 AM EDT, 04/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Globus Medical ( GMED ) said Thursday it has completed its all-cash $250 million acquisition of medical device company Nevro ( NVRO ) .

The acquisition expands Globus Medical's ( GMED ) footprint in the musculoskeletal market and unlocks a $2.5 billion market opportunity, the company said.

Nevro ( NVRO ) common stock ceased trading on the New York Stock Exchange before the market open on Thursday, Globus said.
