08:52 AM EDT, 07/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Globus Medical ( GMED ) said Monday that it has appointed chief financial officer Keith Pfeil as its chief executive officer.
The company said Pfeil succeeds Daniel Scavilla, who resigned as CEO to pursue another opportunity.
Globus said it has also appointed senior vice president of finance Kyle Kline as its CFO.
Additionally, Globus reported Q2 preliminary sales to be $745.3 million, an increase of 18.4% compared with a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $740.1 million.
It also said it continues to expect fiscal 2025 non-GAAP earnings of $3 to $3.30 per diluted share on revenue of $2.80 billion to $2.90 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.17 and $2.85 billion, respectively.
The company said it would report its full earnings results on Aug. 7.
