09:57 AM EST, 02/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Globus Medical ( GMED ) and Nevro ( NVRO ) said Thursday Globus Medical has agreed to buy Nevro ( NVRO ) in all-cash deal valued at $250 million.

Globus will acquire all shares of Nevro ( NVRO ) for $5.85 per share, the companies said, adding that both companies' boards have unanimously approved the deal.

Globus shares were down about 6.9% in recent trading, while Nevro ( NVRO ) stock was up nearly 14%.
