05:09 PM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Globus Medical ( GMED ) said Thursday it has won a patent infringement litigation against peer Life Spine in a Delaware district court.

The jury found Life Spine's Prolift family of implants infringed multiple claims of a valid Globus patent. The jury awarded the musculoskeletal technology company both lost profits and reasonable royalty damages, it said.

The company currently also has a separate ongoing patent case against Alphatec for expandable implant and retractor technology.
