01:50 PM EST, 01/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Gloo ( GLOO ) said Thursday it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Westfall Group, which bring brands like Westfall Gold, Brain Trust Creative, and Parable Talent onto the Gloo ( GLOO ) platform.

Following the acquisition, Westfall Group will operate as its wholly owned subsidiary, the company said, adding that Westfall founder Bob Westfall will remain as Westfall Group's chief executive officer.

Shares of the company were up nearly 5% in recent Thursday trading.
