04:43 PM EDT, 07/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- GMS (GMS) said Tuesday it has completed the acquisition of Yvon Building Supply and its affiliates Yvon Insulation, Yvon Insulation Windsor, Laminated Glass Technologies, and Right Fit Foam Insulation.

The transaction was funded through cash on hand and borrowings under the company's revolving credit facility.

GMS will pay a purchase price of CA$196.5 million ($143.7 million) over the next five years, the company said.
