Private airline GoAir has come under fire from passengers for cancelling dozens of flights abruptly earlier this week. The airline has attributed the disruption to aircraft delivery, non-availability of engines and protests against the Citizenship Act, reports Alisha Sachdev.

The airline told CNBC-TV18 that the operation will be normalised by end of this week.
