goeasy Names Felix Wu Interim CFO as Succession Search Begins

08:09 AM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- goeasy (GSY.TO), a Canadian consumer lenders, Tuesday said it appointed Felix Wu as its interim chief financial officer, effective immediately.

The company said this follows the Sept. 16 announcement of current CFO Hal Khouri's upcoming departure from goeasy following the completion of third quarter reporting in November. Wu recently served as CFO for KOHO, a leading Canadian fintech.

goeasy said that a search process to identify Khouri's permanent successor is already underway.

Shares of the company closed down 0.6% to $172.94 Monday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
