Gogo Says SD Government Division Awarded 5-Year US Federal Contract
Oct 27, 2025 5:19 AM

07:53 AM EDT, 10/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gogo ( GOGO ) said Monday its SD Government division was awarded a five-year contract to supply airborne satellite communications to a US government agency, initially valued at $3 million.

The contract is a follow-on from the phase 3 activity of the Small Business Innovation Research program, originally undertaken by SD Government before its merger with Gogo ( GOGO ), the company said.

The federal agency will consolidate all aero communications across its fleet to this single contract over the next five years, Gogo ( GOGO ) said.

The deal also includes a provision for the government to add new technology and services as they become available over the life of the contract, the company said.

Shares of Gogo ( GOGO ) were up more than 5% in recent Monday premarket activity.
