11:05 AM EDT, 04/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GoGold Resources ( GLGDF ) down 9% on last look, on Friday said it has closed its bought-deal share offering that raised $86.3 million.

The company sold underwriters 47.4-million shares at $1.82 each, raising $86.3 million, including the full exercise of the over-allotment option.

Proceeds will be used to develop the Los Ricos South project in Mexico.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.15 to $1.49 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
