Golar LNG, BP Execute Commercial Reset Agreements for FLNG Gimi

07:35 AM EDT, 08/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Golar LNG (GLNG) and BP (BP) said Monday they have executed commercial reset agreements for floating liquefied natural gas, or FLNG, Gimi.

Financial terms of the agreements weren't disclosed.

The commercial reset agreement settles prior payment mechanisms' disputes for pre-commercial operations date contractual cash flows, the companies added.

Golar and BP said they also reached an agreement for an updated schedule of daily payments until the commercial operations date.
