02:48 PM EDT, 09/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Golar LNG (GLNG) said Thursday it priced a $500 million private offering of 7.5% senior unsecured notes due 2030 at par.

The offering is expected to be completed on Oct. 2, subject to closing conditions, the company said.

Shares of the company fell 1.6% in recent trading.
