03:04 PM EDT, 10/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Gold Fields' ( GFI ) Canadian unit, Gold Fields Windfall Holdings, has completed the acquisition of Osisko Mining, the latter said Friday.

Each former Osisko shareholder will receive 4.90 Canadian dollars ($3.53) for each share held immediately before the completion, the company said.

Shares of Gold Fields ( GFI ) fell 1.9% in recent trading.
