08:14 AM EST, 01/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gold Reserve ( GDRZF ) said Friday that it filed a Form 15 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to suspend its reporting requirements under US securities laws.
As of Jan. 1, the company said it is no longer a foreign private issuer at the SEC. As such, it would be required to file periodic reports with the SEC, including annual 10K, quarterly 10Q, and current 8K reports.
Gold Reserve ( GDRZF ) said the move will streamline its reporting requirements and save money.
Gold Reserve's ( GDRZF ) class A common shares will continue to be listed on the TSXV and the OTCQX Best Market. It will also continue to file disclosure documents required under Canadian securities laws on SEDAR+.
