Gold Reserve makes bid for Citgo shares through its subsidiary

March 10 (Reuters) - Canadian miner Gold Reserve ( GDRZF )

said on Monday its Delaware subsidiary, Dalinar Energy,

submitted a bid for shares of Venezuela-owned oil refiner Citgo

Petroleum.
