07:39 AM EST, 12/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Golden Arrow Resources ( GARWF ) on Tuesday said it closed the final tranche of a non-brokered private placement offering, raising $250,000 to be used for general working capital.

For the tranche, the company issued 5 million units at $0.05 each. Each unit consists of one share and one three-year warrant, which can buy an additional share at $0.08.

In total, Golden Arrow has closed on 15.65 million units for aggregate gross proceeds of $782,500 in this private placement.
