Golden Cross Resources Seeking $3 Million From a Non-Brokered Private Placement of Share Units

01:35 PM EDT, 06/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Golden Cross Resources (AUX.V) on Thursday said it will raise up to $3 million in a non-brokered private placement of share units.

The offering will be made up an specified number of units priced at $0.45 each and made up of a share and one half of a two-year warrant to buy a second share for $0.65.

The company further stated that it reserves the right to increase the total number of units issued pursuant to the offering for up to gross proceeds of $5 million.

The company plans to use the proceeds of the offering to accelerate exploration drilling and development of its Reedy Creek high-grade gold project in Victoria, Australia.

The company's shares were last seen up $0.06 to $0.58 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
