06:31 AM EDT, 04/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Golden Entertainment ( GDEN ) said Wednesday its shareholders approved a previously announced master transaction agreement with VICI Properties ( VICI ) and Blake Sartini.

The deal is expected to close in Q2, subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions, the company said.

Upon closing, Golden Entertainment ( GDEN ) said it will no longer be publicly held, and its shares will be delisted from Nasdaq.
