11:26 AM EDT, 09/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Golden Matrix Group ( GMGI ) said Wednesday it appointed Chief Operating Officer Weiting Feng as chief financial officer, effective Monday, succeeding Omar Jimenez.

Jimenez's services as CFO and chief compliance officer were terminated under a mutual agreement between the parties, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Shares of Golden Matrix ( GMGI ) fell more than 3% in recent trading activity.
