11:04 AM EDT, 03/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Golden Matrix ( GMGI ) said Wednesday its shareholders have approved at a special meeting its planned acquisition of MeridianBet.

Shareholders representing 73.5% of voting shares were present at the special meeting in person or by proxy, Golden Matrix ( GMGI ) said.

The deal is expected to close in April, subject to other closing conditions, such as Golden Matrix ( GMGI ) raising enough funding, the company said.
