Golden Star Acquisition, Gamehaus Close Merger; Gamehaus Shares to List on Nasdaq

04:15 PM EST, 01/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Golden Star Acquisition ( GODN ) and mobile game publishing company Gamehaus said Friday they have completed their previously announced business combination.

The merger was approved at a meeting of Golden Star's shareholders on Jan. 20, the companies said.

Gamehaus' Class A shares will begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker GMHS starting Monday, according to the statement.
