GoldHaven Resources Arranges Non-Brokered Private Placement

07:52 AM EDT, 09/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GoldHaven Resources ( GHVNF ) overnight Wednesday said it plans to conduct a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to C$175,000.

The offering will include up to around 1.3 million shares at $0.13 each.

The company will use the gross proceeds from the offering for general working capital and business development.
