Goldman lifts third-quarter dividend after sailing through Fed's stress test

July 1 (Reuters) - Goldman Sachs ( GS ) raised its

quarterly dividend by $1 per share on Tuesday, days after

passing the U.S. Federal Reserve's annual stress test.

The company set the payout at $4 per share beginning in the

third quarter, higher than the $3 per share it was paying

previously.
