09:54 AM EDT, 07/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- The Goldman Sachs Group's ( GS ) Goldman Sachs Alternatives unit has agreed to acquire a majority stake in live event company TAIT from affiliates of Providence Equity Partners, TAIT said Tuesday.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

TAIT said the collaboration will allow the company to increase its footprint and offerings.
