08:06 AM EDT, 05/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Goldman Sachs ( GS ) and Hg Pooled Management's proposed joint acquisition of Galaxy UK Topco, known as Trackunit, has received clearance from the European Commission, the regulator said Friday.

The Commission said it has found that the deal, which involves the vehicle and equipment telematics sector, does not raise competition concerns because the parties are not active in the same or related markets.
