Goldman Sachs Unit to Acquire Minority Stake in Kennedy Lewis Investment Management

03:20 PM EDT, 04/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Goldman Sachs Group's ( GS ) Petershill at Goldman Sachs Asset Management unit agreed to acquire a minority stake in Kennedy Lewis Investment Management, Kennedy Lewis said in a statement Tuesday.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

Petershill's investment won't impact Kennedy Lewis' operations or management, and the deal is expected to boost its resources for client alignment and business growth, Kennedy Lewis said.

As part of the transaction Azimut Alternative Capital Partners will divest its minority equity stake in Kennedy Lewis, the statement said.
