Goldstrike Raises $16 Million In First Tranche Of Subscription Receipts Offering

10:50 AM EDT, 03/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Goldstrike Resources (GSR.V) Wednesday said it raised $16 million in the first tranche of its private placement offering of subscription receipts.

The company issued 29.1 million subscription receipts at $0.55 each, including the partial exercise of the over-allotment option. Goldstrike also received over $1 million of additional committed subscriptions, to be included in a second tranche of the offering that is expected to close on April 7.

Proceeds will be used to pay the cash consideration for the $34 million acquisition of the Florin, FLR and RJ Gold Projects, announced three weeks ago.

Goldstrike Resources were last seen up $0.01, to $0.61, on the TSX Venture Exchange.
