Goliath Resources Says Received $2 Million Order From Strategic Singapore Based Global Commodity Group; Non-Brokered Private Placement Lifted to $6.5 Million

07:37 AM EDT, 08/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Goliath Resources Limited ( GOTRF ) , which saw its shares jump more than 5% yesterday, said Tuesday it has received a $2 million order from a strategic global commodity group based in Singapore. Goliath added it is increasing its non-brokered private placement from $3 million up to $6.5 million.

A statement noted Goliath intends to raise up to that amount through a non-brokered private placement in a combination of: Non-Flow-Through shares (NFT) to be sold at a price of $1.11 each and Flow-Through shares (FT) to be sold at a price of $1.28.

The company said it intends to use the proceeds for general operating expenses and exploration related programs on its properties located in and around the Golden Triangle of northwestern British Columbia.
